Growth, Client & Ecosystem Leadership Act as a solution approver from Capability line reviewing solution and commercial outcomes. Build and strengthen senior-level relationships across key accounts and global stakeholders. Identify and drive recent growth avenues across geographies, and emerging technologies. Represent the capability in forums, client discussions, and leadership reviews. Transformation, AI & Innovation Leadership Lead AI-driven transformation of application delivery, embedding GenAI, automation, and predictive analytics at scale.

Talent & Leadership Development Define capability roadmap for skills evolution (AI, consulting-led delivery). Develop a leadership pipeline and succession strategy to support long-term growth. Foster a high-performance, innovation-driven, and customer-centric culture. Governance & Delivery Assurance Establish governance frameworks ensuring high-quality delivery outcomes. Provide executive oversight on critical programs and escalations, with a focus on risk mitigation and value realization.
