Role Overview Aglo is seeking a confident and customer-focused Client Servicing Executive / Customer Service Executive to manage client communication, resolve customer queries, coordinate orders, and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, institutional buyers, and business partners. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary contact for customers, distributors, retailers, and business partners. Handle customer enquiries, complaints, service requests, and product-related queries professionally. Coordinate with sales, accounts, warehouse, logistics, and operations teams.



Monitor orders from confirmation through dispatch and delivery. Update clients regarding order status, stock availability, delivery schedules, and delays. Follow up on pending orders, payments, returns, replacements, and delivery confirmations. Draft professional emails, quotations, proposals, and follow-up correspondence. Maintain customer databases, complaint records, communication logs, and follow-up trackers. Collect customer feedback and share relevant information with management. Participate in client meetings, exhibitions, trade fairs, and business events when required. Maintain Aglo’s qualified, trustworthy, and customer-focused brand image.
