Hiring for a Client - SSKV Techbuilds Pvt.Ltd Roles & Responsibilities Develop current business opportunities across industrial and manufacturing customers Build and manage relationships with plant heads, maintenance heads, engineering heads, procurement teams and facility managers Develop business through direct sales, dealers, distributors and channel partners Identify projects and requirements related to electrical solutions, industrial lighting, ventilation solutions, industrial storage and racking, and maintenance and engineering solutions Generate leads, conduct customer meetings, understand requirements and drive opportunities through to closure Build relationships with OEMs, dealers, contractors, consultants and system integrators Manage the complete sales cycle—from lead generation and technical discussions to quotation,



negotiation and order closure Develop and maintain a strong local market intelligence network Achieve business development and revenue targets across the assigned territory Ideal Candidate 1 Strong B2B Industrial Sales / Business Development Profile with an established network in the Coimbatore/Chennai/Bangalore industrial market 2 Mandatory (Experience 1): Must have 8 years of Sales experience with at least the recent 5 years in B2B Industrial / Electrical / Lighting/ MEP / Industrial Storage or Racking / Engineering sales / Industrial Equipments / Garments or Textile Industry machinery background 3 Mandatory (Experience 2): Must have a solid existing network in Coimbatore, Chennai, and/or Bangalore, with a proven track record of developing business through industrial customers, dealers, or channel partners 4 Mandatory (Industry): Must come from an Industrial / Electrical / MEP / Industrial Storage or Racking / Engineering sales / Industrial Equipments / Garments or Textile Industry 5 Mandatory (Experience 4): Must have owned the complete sales cycle — lead generation, technical discussions, quotation, negotiation, and order closure. 6 Mandat
