Role Description The Quotation Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar. In this position, the individual will review customer inquiries and project specifications, gather relevant technical and pricing information, and prepare accurate quotations in line with company guidelines. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams (such as sales, procurement, and technical staff) to validate costs and lead times, updating quotation records, and maintaining organized documentation. The role involves communicating with customers to clarify requirements, respond to quotation-related questions, and follow up on submitted proposals. The Quotation Executive will also support continuous improvement by tracking quotation performance,



identifying cost and process efficiencies, and ensuring adherence to company policies and quality standards.
Qualifications

- Ability to analyze customer requirements, interpret technical or product specifications, and prepare clear, structured quotations.
- Strong numerical aptitude with proficiency in basic cost calculations, price comparisons, and margin analysis.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation, data entry, and record-keeping for quotes and related correspondence.
- Effective communication skills, including professional email writing and the ability to interact with customers and internal teams.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple quotation requests and meet deadlines.
- Comfort with office productivity tools (such as spreadsheets and word processing software) and basic familiarity with ERP or CRM systems.
- Ability to work collaboratively with sales, purchasing, and technical teams, while taking ownership of assigned tasks.
- Prior experience in a quotation, sales support, or commercial coordination role is preferred, especially in a technical or manufacturing environment.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in business, commerce, engineering, or a related field is desirable.
