Job Brief:- AU Small Finance Bank Limited is seeking a energetic and experienced professional to join our Sales department as a Relationship Manager specializing in Current and Savings Accounts (CV & CE). This role is pivotal in driving customer acquisition, retention, and growth by managing and nurturing relationships with individual and corporate clients. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of financial products, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales within the financial services sector. This position demands strategic thinking, strong negotiation abilities, and the capability to deliver tailored banking solutions that meet client needs while aligning with the bank's growth objectives.

Responsibilities:-

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to achieve sales targets for Current and Savings Accounts.
- Identify client needs and provide customized banking solutions, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead in the financial services market.




- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline account opening processes and resolve client issues promptly and efficiently.
- Monitor and analyze portfolio performance, preparing regular reports to track progress against sales goals and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies during all client interactions and transactions.
- Lead client engagement initiatives, including organizing financial literacy sessions and promotional campaigns to enhance brand visibility.
- Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to maximize profitability while maintaining long-term relationships.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior sales staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance team environment.
