- Conceptualize and Design: Create visually appealing and on-brand designs for a variety of platforms, including digital and print media.
- Brand Development: Work closely with the marketing team to contribute to the development and maintenance of our brand identity.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and ensure design solutions meet business objectives.
- Multi-Media Design: Produce engaging graphics for digital marketing, social media, presentations, and other promotional materials.
- Web Design: Collaborate with the web development team to create visually stunning and user-friendly web designs.
- Adherence to Guidelines: Ensure consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all design projects.
- Stay Updated: Keep abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve design skills.

Requirements:

- Education:



Bachelor s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field.
- Experience: Proven 1-3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in IT industry
- Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects.
- Software Proficiency: Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to effectively present and articulate design concepts.
- Creativity: Solid creative and conceptual thinking with the ability to bring fresh ideas to the table.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in all design work.
- Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
