What will you do

- Delivers Red Hat Training curriculum and exams in a physical and virtual classroom setting.
- Works with Red Hat content creation teams to improve and enhance the associates learning experience
- Develops real-world examples and hands-on lab exercises to supplement Red Hat Training content (where applicable)
- Solid level of knowledge with Red Hat products and can solve technical problems independently
- Coordinates with Training Manager and Team Lead on planning and execution of training delivery for each fiscal year
- Project collaboration with all informed members, including those on the training team as well as those outside the team.

What will you bring

- Bachelor's degree in computer science or engineering or equivalent work experience




- 5+ years of open source industry experience
- Experience delivering technical training in a classroom and virtual setting
- Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE), or ability to pursue certification
- Extensive background in Linux system administration and deployment
- Extensive knowledge of Red Hat's portfolio of offerings and open source software
- Ability to quickly learn new technologies such as AI and Virtualization
- Troubleshooting and issue reporting
- Robust presentation and classroom management skills
- Fluent English language skills with solid writing, presentation, and communication skills
