Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Technical Support Engineer to provide technical assistance and troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity-related issues.

Key Responsibilities

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to desktops, laptops, and applications.
- Provide technical support to users through calls, emails, or ticketing systems.
- Diagnose hardware, software, OS, and basic network issues.
- Maintain and update support tickets with accurate resolution details.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate technical teams.
- Ensure timely resolution and excellent customer/user experience.

Required Skills

- 1+ year of experience in Technical/IT Support.
- Good knowledge of Windows OS and desktop troubleshooting.
- Basic understanding of networking and connectivity.
- Robust communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple support requests.
