- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.




- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of support activities with business objectives.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical and problem-solving skills.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize support processes and system stability.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Cloud Infrastructure.
- Strong knowledge of cloud service models and deployment architectures.
- Experience with monitoring and incident management tools in cloud environments.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex issues involving distributed systems and cloud platforms.
- Familiarity with automation and scripting to streamline support tasks.
- Understanding of security best practices within cloud infrastructure.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Cloud Infrastructure.
- This position is based at our PDC3C - SEZ office.
