Summary:

As a Cloud Migration Engineer, a typical day involves evaluating current systems and infrastructure to determine the best approach for transitioning to cloud environments. This role includes strategizing and executing the migration of applications and data, ensuring that solutions are scalable and perform efficiently. The position requires coordinating with various stakeholders to align migration efforts with business goals, while continuously monitoring progress and addressing any challenges that arise during the migration process. The engineer plays a key role in enabling organizations to leverage both private and public cloud technologies to achieve advanced operational capabilities and improved business outcomes.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.




- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of cloud migration strategies to ensure seamless transition.
- Facilitate communication and coordination between cross-functional teams to optimize migration workflows.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices related to cloud migration.
- Continuously evaluate emerging cloud technologies and recommend improvements to enhance migration processes.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in TIBCO Administration.
- Valuable To Have Skills: Experience with Google Cloud Compute Services.
- Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure components and migration methodologies.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to cloud migration and integration.
- Experience in designing scalable and high-performance cloud-based solutions.
- Familiarity with automation tools and scripting to streamline migration tasks.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in TIBCO Administration.
- This position is based at our HDC4 - SEZ office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
