Responsibilities

- Build and extend full-stack features and services across the Growth Engineering platform, including backend services, APIs, internal tooling, and UI.
- Develop AI-native capabilities for campaign development, validation, content generation, retrieval, tool calling, MCP connectors, and agent workflows.
- Create reusable services and components for Growth, Martech, and Personalization use cases.
- Integrate Adobe Experience Cloud and internal Adobe platforms, including Adobe Journey Optimizer, Adobe Target, Analytics, Launch, and related systems.
- Automate campaign development and entities in Adobe Journey Optimizer while supporting personalization and experimentation through Adobe Target.
- Write clean, testable, observable, reliable, performant, and secure code.
- Collaborate with senior engineers, architects, and product managers to deliver the platform roadmap.

Requirements

- 4–6 years of experience building full-stack applications.




- Frontend experience with JavaScript or TypeScript and React, plus backend experience with Node, Python, or TypeScript.
- Hands-on experience integrating AI or LLMs into real applications, including tool calling, structured outputs, retrieval, and agent workflows.
- Working knowledge of prompt engineering, context management, and MCP.
- Ability to break down technical problems and deliver working end-to-end solutions.
- Knowledge of API design, event-driven patterns, and maintainable code practices.
- Experience with or strong interest in Martech, personalization, experimentation, or growth engineering platforms.
- Familiarity with Adobe Experience Cloud products, including AEP, AJO, Target, Analytics, Launch, and CJA, with AJO and Target experience especially valued.
- Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to share knowledge, support teammates, and take ownership.
