As a 'Management Trainee - Branch Operations Executive' at The Sykam Group, you will play a crucial role in supporting our daily operations and contributing to the overall success of our company. Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist with community management by engaging with clients and vendors to ensure a positive experience.
2. Handle conflicts and resolve issues in a professional and efficient manner.
3. Manage documents and ensure all paperwork is organized and up to date.
4. Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders both verbally and in writing.
5. Support administrative tasks such as scheduling, procurement, and vendor management.
6. Utilize MS-Office and presentation skills to create reports and presentations.
7. Demonstrate leadership and teamwork skills to assist with team management and problem-solving.

8.Oversee daily functioning of the workspace (common areas, cabins,



meeting rooms).

9.Coordinate with housekeeping, security, maintenance, and other vendors.

10.Ensure washrooms, pantry, and common areas are well-maintained.
11.Prepare daily/weekly reports on operations.
12.Monitor attendance, grooming, discipline, and performance of staff.
13.Maintain checklists for different zones (washrooms, pantry, common areas, etc.).
14.Liaise with housekeeping agencies/vendors for staffing and supplies.

15.Ensure overall aesthetic upkeep of the workspace.
