Roles and Responsibilities :
- Handle inbound calls from customers to resolve their queries and concerns in Malayalam language.
- Provide excellent customer service by listening actively, empathizing with customers' issues, and offering solutions promptly.
- Process customer requests efficiently through effective communication skills and product knowledge.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
Job Requirements :
- 2-7 years of experience in BPO/Call Centre environment or similar industry.
- Proficiency in Malayalam language (speaking).
- Excellent customer handling skills with ability to handle high-pressure situations calmly.
- Robust calling skills with good voice quality for clear communication over phone lines.
