Key Responsibilities:

Operate robotic polishing machines to perform polishing and finishing operations as per specified quality and production requirements.

Set up and operate robotic polishing equipment, including loading and unloading components.

Follow work instructions, process parameters, and safety procedures to ensure consistent and efficient operations.

Monitor the polishing process and ensure the required surface finish, dimensional accuracy, and product quality are achieved.

Perform basic adjustments and parameter corrections as required during the polishing process.

Inspect finished components for surface defects, scratches, burrs, and other quality issues.

Report machine abnormalities, process deviations, and quality issues to the concerned supervisor or maintenance team.

Maintain proper housekeeping and ensure the work area and equipment are kept clean and protected.

Follow all applicable EHS, quality,



and production standards while operating the robotic equipment.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Basic knowledge of robotic polishing machine operations.

Hands-on experience in operating Robo Polishing Machines will be preferred.

Ability to understand and follow work instructions and process parameters.

Basic knowledge of polishing and surface finishing processes.

Good understanding of quality and safety requirements.

Ability to identify basic machine and process abnormalities.

ITI / Diploma qualification in Mechanical, Production, or related disciplines is preferred.
