Job Title: Manager Training

We are seeking an experienced Training Manager with expertise in designing and delivering leadership development programs for senior managers, business leaders, and executive teams. The ideal candidate should have a robust background in leadership coaching, behavioral skills, executive presence, communication excellence, emotional intelligence, change management, stakeholder management, and organizational development.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and deliver leadership development and executive coaching programs.

Conduct training needs analysis and create leadership competency frameworks.

Facilitate workshops on strategic thinking, people management, decision-making, executive communication, influence, and leadership effectiveness.

Train leaders on behavioral skills, emotional intelligence, conflict resolution, and organizational culture.





Develop learning strategies aligned with business objectives and succession planning initiatives.

Measure training effectiveness and drive continuous improvement in leadership capability development.

Requirements:

8+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Leadership Training, Executive Coaching, or Organizational Development.

Proven experience in training senior leadership and management teams.

Exceptional facilitation, presentation, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.

Certifications in Leadership Development, Coaching, Behavioral Training, or related areas will be an added advantage.
