Roles and Responsibilities :
- Conduct risk assessments to identify potential hazards and develop strategies for mitigating them.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process safety measures and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
- Develop and maintain loss prevention programs, including incident investigation procedures and training materials.
- Provide technical guidance on chemical engineering principles, process design, and operation to support business objectives.
Job Requirements :
- 4-8 years of experience in a similar role within the petrochemical/plastics/rubber industry.
- Robust background in chemical engineering or related field; knowledge of HAZOP, Hazard Analysis, Loss Prevention, Process Safety, Risk Assessment techniques preferred.
- Proven track record of developing effective risk management plans that balance cost considerations against safety concerns.
