Key Responsibilities

- Define end-to-end ServiceNow architecture across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM and custom applications
- Own solution design including integrations, data model, security, and scalability
- Translate Business Requirements (BRD) into High-Level and Low-Level Designs
- Ensure adherence to Non-Functional Requirements (performance, security, availability)
- Lead design governance, technical reviews, and architecture sign-offs
- Guide development teams and review configurations/customizations
- Drive integration strategy using APIs, MID Server, spokes, and third-party tools
- Support data migration strategy, CMDB design, and discovery
- Act as technical escalation point and mentor for ServiceNow team

Required Skills & Experience

- 8 to 10+ years of IT experience with 4+ years on ServiceNow




- Robust expertise in ServiceNow ITSM and at least two other modules (ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM)
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow scripting (Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts)
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow data model, CMDB, and CSDM
- Experience in integrations (REST/SOAP, OAuth, MID Server)
- Experience in enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations

Certifications (Mandatory / Preferred)

- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) Mandatory
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) Preferred
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (ITSM / ITOM / HRSD) – Preferred
