Role Summary: Lead complex solution architecture and technical win themes for pursuits and deliveries; govern design quality through reviews, reference architectures, and standards. Aligned to CoE Architecture Office.

Key Outcomes

- Consistent repeatable architectures that reduce delivery risk and accelerate time-to-value
- Stronger prebid solutioning credibility through best-practice patterns and review governance

Key Responsibilities

- Own end-to-end architecture for multimodule implementations and CoE offerings; integration-heavy enterprise scale
- Drive solutioning workshops; define target architecture, integration patterns, data strategy, NFRs, and security posture
- Establish and run Architecture Review mechanism; enforce upgrade-safe, back-to-box patterns
- Mentor architects/tech leads; publish reference architectures, checklists, and reusable design artefacts
- Provide presales architecture support; estimates,



validation, risk management, solution options, and win themes

Must-Have Skills

- 15-20 years overall with 8 years ServiceNow
- Strong track record as Solution/Technical Architect
- Deep platform knowledge across data model, security, integration architecture, performance and scale
- Robust stakeholder communication and leadership across global teams

Certifications

- CSA
- CAD
- CIS
- CTAC
- CMA strongly preferred
