Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced US IT Recruiter (3 to 6 years) with robust exposure to direct client interaction and State Client experience end-to-end recruitment. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in sourcing high-quality talent across IT and niche technologies while managing client expectations and delivering fast results.
Responsibilities
Interact with direct clients to understand open roles
Work on permanent, contract, and C2H positions
Source and screen candidates from multiple platforms
Negotiate rates (W2 / C2C / 1099)




Submit quality profiles and manage interview schedules
Maintain strong relationship with consultants
Ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction
Track submissions and maintain ATS updates
Mandatory Requirements
3-6 years of US staffing experience
Strong experience working with Direct Clients / Prime Vendors
Excellent communication & negotiation skills
Hands-on experience with Dice, Monster, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed
Ability to work EST/PST shifts
State Client experience.
