Summary:

As an Application Developer, your typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications that align with business processes and application requirements. You will engage in understanding the needs of various stakeholders and translate those into functional applications. Your role includes collaborating with different teams to ensure the applications are robust, scalable, and meet the intended objectives. You will also be involved in troubleshooting and refining applications to enhance performance and user experience, ensuring seamless integration within the existing technology environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze application requirements.

- Assist in the documentation of application design and configuration details.

- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance.





- Continuously monitor application performance and suggest improvements.

- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:

-Proficiency in Websphere Application Server & Portal Administration.

- Experience in managing application deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting within Websphere environments.

- Robust understanding of middleware technologies and their integration with enterprise applications.

- Ability to optimize application performance and ensure high availability.

- Familiarity with scripting and automation to streamline administrative tasks.

- Knowledge of security best practices related to application server management.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Websphere Application Server & Portal Administration.

- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

- A 15 years full time education is required.
