- Define and lead the strategic vision and roadmap for platform services, aligning with organizational objectives, technology strategy, and compliance requirements.
- Drive continuous innovation and improvement through adoption of modern technologies, best practices, and emerging trends.
- Build and maintain robust stakeholder relationships across business, technology, and external partners to ensure alignment and collaboration.
- Lead enterprise-wide change management initiatives to enable adoption of new platforms, tools, and agile ways of working.
- Establish and monitor KPIs and performance metrics to evaluate platform effectiveness and drive data-driven optimization.
