The L2 Informatica Administrator provides operational and technical support for Informatica environments. This role handles incident management, routine administration, monitoring, and minor configuration changes, while escalating complex issues to L3.
Key Responsibilities
Platform Administration
- Administer Informatica PowerCenter, IDQ, IICS, MDM, CDIPC environments
- Start/stop Informatica services, repositories, and nodes
- Perform user / group / role management
- Apply standard configuration changes as per SOPs
- Manage code deployments to higher environments Preferred candidate profile
