- Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat for EHR/EMR systems.
- Troubleshoot issues with electronic health records (EHR) and medical imaging software (HIS/HIMS).
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical problems related to MySQL databases and PostgreSQL databases.
- Develop documentation on troubleshooting procedures and knowledge base articles for future reference.
Job Requirements :
- 3-10 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry.
- Robust understanding of EHR/EMR systems, HIS/HIMS, MySQL database administration, and PostgreSQL database management.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with customers at all levels.
