Client Relationship Officer (CRO)

The Client Relationship Officer is responsible for managing client communication and ensuring a smooth experience throughout the tax-service process.

Key Responsibilities

- Communicate with clients through voice and non-voice channels including phone, WhatsApp, email, and other approved platforms.
- Understand client requirements and provide transparent information regarding tax services.
- Follow up with clients for required tax documents and information.
- Coordinate with Tax Preparation and Payment teams.
- Explain the tax-filing process, timelines, and next steps to clients.
- Maintain regular communication and follow-up with assigned clients. Identify client concerns and escalate technical tax questions to the Tax Team.




- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and commitments.
- Support client retention and relationship management.
- Ensure timely resolution of client queries.
- Maintain confidentiality of client financial and personal information.

Preferred Skills :

- 0–3 years of experience in Client Relationship Management, Customer Support, BPO, Voice/Non-Voice Process, Banking, Finance, or similar roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Strong follow-up and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused approach.
- Ability to handle multiple clients and deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of US taxation and having 1 season or more is an advantage.
