We are looking for a Founding AI Lead / AI Solutions Engineer who can do more than write code.

You will be responsible for understanding real business problems, identifying where AI can create value, and turning those opportunities into practical, scalable AI solutions.

What you will do

- Design and build AI products, agents, automations and business solutions
• Translate customer problems into technical solutions and product ideas
• Lead the architecture, development and deployment of AI systems
• Work with LLMs, APIs, automation platforms and cloud technologies
• Build integrations with CRM, communication and business systems
• Work closely with sales and clients to understand requirements and shape solutions
• Take ownership from idea and architecture through to working product
• Help define the technical direction and future AI product roadmap





What we are looking for

- 4+ years of strong software, AI or solutions engineering experience
• Proven experience building and deploying real AI solutions
• Strong Python and modern AI development experience
• Experience with LLMs, Generative AI, AI agents and APIs
• Strong understanding of software architecture and system design
• Someone who thinks like a problem solver and product builder, not just a developer
• Comfortable working independently in a fast moving startup setting
• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical solutions to non technical people
