Position: Scan to BIM Engineer / BIM Modeler
- Experience: 38 Years
- Education: Diploma / Bachelor's in Architecture, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical or related field
- Core Skill: Strong hands-on experience in Autodesk Revit
- Key Experience: Scan to BIM / Point Cloud to BIM
- Develop accurate BIM models from laser scanning / point-cloud data
- Experience in Architectural, Structural and/or MEP modelling
- Knowledge of LOD 200/300/350/400/500
- Experience with As-Built / Existing Condition BIM
- Knowledge of BIM coordination and clash detection
- Experience with Navisworks / Autodesk ReCap / ACC / BIM 360 preferred
- Ability to perform BIM model QA/QC
- Knowledge of BIM standards, BEP, naming conventions and modelling standards
- Experience in renovation / retrofit / existing building projects preferred
- Strong attention to detail and model accuracy
- Positive communication and coordination skills
