US IT Recruiter - Work From Office

Job Summary:

We are looking for a US IT Recruiter with 15 years of experience in US staffing. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing skills, good knowledge of US staffing processes, and excellent communication skills.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Handle end-to-end US IT recruitment, from sourcing to offer closure.
- Source candidates through Dice, LinkedIn, Indeed, Monster, referrals, and other platforms.
- Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, work authorization, availability, and client requirements.
- Work on multiple IT requirements and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
- Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, feedback, and candidate communication.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activity in the ATS.




- Work closely with Account Managers and hiring teams to fulfill requirements.
- Negotiate offers and manage candidate expectations.
- Stay updated with US IT technologies, staffing trends, and recruitment practices.

Required Skills:

- 1–5 years of hands-on US IT Recruitment experience.
- Knowledge of W2, C2C, 1099, and C2H hiring models.
- Understanding of US work authorization and staffing terminology.
- Experience with Dice, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Monster, or similar platforms.
- Robust sourcing, screening, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple requirements.

Note: Strong communication skills and hands-on US IT recruitment experience are mandatory.
