Studio Manager Furniture Studio
Experience: 3 to 6 years in luxury furniture, studio management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of the furniture studio.
- Drive monthly sales and achieve revenue targets.
- Handle walk-in and premium clients professionally.
- Generate leads, follow up, and convert enquiries into sales.
- Manage and motivate the sales team.
- Prepare quotations and coordinate orders, payments, deliveries, and installations.
- Coordinate with designers, architects, vendors, and internal teams.
- Maintain Studio presentation, product displays, and brand standards.
- Track leads, sales, follow-ups, and prepare daily/weekly reports.
Requirements
- Robust sales, communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Experience in premium furniture/interiors/luxury retail preferred.
- Good command of English and Hindi.
- Customer-focused, presentable, and target-oriented.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
