Position Overview:
We are looking for resource with relevant FP&A;, management reporting, business finance experience to support financial
planning, forecasting, budgeting, and business performance analysis. The ideal candidate should possess strong financial
modeling and analytical skills,



with the ability to partner with business stakeholders and provide actionable insights to drive
strategic decisions.
Key Responsibilities
• Prepare and manage annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-range financial plans.
• Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual financial analysis and variance reporting.
• Analyze revenue, costs, profitability, and key business drivers.
• Prepare financial models, management reports, MIS, dashboards, and presentations for leadership teams.
• Partner with P&L; owners, Business Unit leaders, to prepare them for a review on financial performance and provide
recommendations.
• Support month-end and quarter-end financial close activities.
• Closely track, monitor financial and business KPIs, and provide a meaningful analysis on the same
• Assist company leadership on special projects, cost optimization/leakages and revenue maximization opportunities
• Conduct scenario planning, forecasting, and ad-hoc financial analysis.
• Assist in process improvements, automation initiatives in financial reporting and planning.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data and reports.
Qualifications
• Qualified/Semi Qualified CA, MBA, ACMA or equivalents with relevant experience
• 3–6 years of relevant experience in FP&A;, management reporting, business finance areas
• Robust understanding of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Advanced Excel skills
• Solid analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional and global teams
