Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced HVAC Supervisor to oversee the installation, testing, commissioning, operation, and maintenance of HVAC systems at industrial, commercial, data center, and infrastructure projects. The candidate should possess strong knowledge of HVAC equipment, ducting, chilled water systems, ventilation systems, and Building Management Systems (BMS). The role requires coordination with project teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure quality execution and compliance with project specifications and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

HVAC Installation & Execution

Supervise installation of HVAC systems including chillers, AHUs, FCUs, VRF/VRV systems, ducting, ventilation, and chilled water piping.

Monitor day-to-day HVAC activities and ensure execution as per approved drawings and project specifications.

Coordinate with engineering, electrical, plumbing, and fire-fighting teams for smooth project execution.

Verify material availability and ensure proper utilization at site.

Conduct inspections and ensure quality workmanship during installation activities.

BMS (Building Management System)

Monitor and supervise HVAC integration with Building Management Systems (BMS).

Ensure proper communication between HVAC equipment and BMS controls.

Review control logic, sequence of operations,



and alarm management systems.

Coordinate with BMS vendors for installation, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting.

Monitor HVAC performance through BMS and recommend corrective actions for system optimization.

Ensure proper calibration and functioning of sensors, actuators, controllers, and field devices connected to BMS.

Testing & Commissioning

Supervise testing and commissioning activities of HVAC and BMS systems.

Verify system performance against design parameters and client requirements.

Coordinate functional performance testing and documentation.

Support preparation of commissioning reports and handover documents.

Maintenance & Troubleshooting

Diagnose HVAC and BMS-related issues and implement corrective actions.

Monitor preventive and corrective maintenance activities.

Ensure minimum downtime of HVAC equipment through effective planning and monitoring.

Maintain records of maintenance activities, breakdowns, and system performance.

Safety & Compliance

Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company procedures.

Conduct toolbox talks and enforce protected work practices.

Ensure all HVAC activities comply with project specifications, local regulations, and industry standards.

Documentation & Reporting

Maintain daily progress reports and manpower deployment records.

Review HVAC drawings, layouts, and technical documents.

Prepare site reports, material reconciliation reports, and inspection requests.

Coordinate with clients, consultants, and project management teams regarding project progress.
