- Conduct raw material and finished product testing as per specifications.
- Perform routine chemical and paint quality tests including viscosity, density, fineness, drying time, opacity, shade and gloss.
- Operate and maintain laboratory instruments and ensure proper calibration.
- Perform in-process quality checks and support batch approval/release.
- Identify and resolve quality issues, deviations and batch failures.
- Coordinate with Production, Stores and Purchase for quality-related issues.
- Maintain QC records, test reports, batch records and SOPs.
- Support quality audits and ensure compliance with defined standards.
