Role & responsibilities

Backend / Full Stack Development

Develop and maintain backend services and APIs primarily using Node.js.

Contribute to building scalable and efficient applications.

Work with frontend teams where required to support full stack development needs.

Code Quality & Collaboration

Write clean, maintainable, and well-structured code following best practices.

Participate in code reviews and collaborate with team members to improve code quality.

Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver features on time.

Problem Solving & Debugging

Troubleshoot and debug application issues.

Optimize performance and improve reliability of backend systems.

Security & Best Practices

Implement authentication and authorisation mechanisms to ensure secure access to applications.

Follow security and development best practices across services.

Preferred candidate profile

Required Qualifications -

5+ years of experience in Node.js development.





Experience with any one Node.js framework: Fastify, Express, or NestJS.

Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.

Familiarity with authentication and authorization mechanisms.

Good problem-solving and debugging skills.

Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented team environment.

Must have 5+ years of experience as a Backend Developer

Must have 5+ years of experience working in a Product-Based Company.

Willing to work in a startup environment.

Comfortable working from the office (Onsite) in Indore.

Current CTC: 25 LPA and above

Budget: Upto 32-38 LPA depends on Current CTC
