Role & responsibilities :
- Support the branch team in day-to-day sales and customer activities.
- Assist in customer calling, lead generation and follow-ups.
- Support the team in documentation and basic data entry.
- Coordinate with customers for required documents and updates.
- Assist Relationship Managers and Branch teams in sourcing and processing leads.
- Maintain records and provide regular updates to the reporting manager.
- Gain hands-on exposure to BFSI sales and branch operations.
