Responsibilities

- Program Leadership: Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise data and analytics programs.
- Define program objectives, scope, milestones, roadmaps, and success metrics.
- Manage multiple concurrent projects and ensure alignment with organizational priorities.
- Develop and execute program plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.
- Drive successful delivery while managing risks, dependencies, and change requests.

Additional Responsibilities
- Data Technology Programs: Lead initiatives involving Data Engineering, Data Warehousing, BI Analytics, Cloud Migration, AI/ML, and Data Governance.
- Oversee the implementation of contemporary data platforms such as Databricks, Snowflake, Azure, AWS, and GCP.




- Collaborate with architects and engineering teams on solution design and execution strategies.
- Drive adoption of Data Lake, Lakehouse, Data Mesh, and Data Fabric architectures where applicable.

Technical and Professional Requirements
- Stakeholder Management: Partner with business stakeholders to understand strategic objectives and translate them into data initiatives.
- Act as the primary liaison between business, technology, and executive leadership teams.
- Present program updates, risks, and recommendations to senior leadership and steering committees.
- Build strong relationships across cross-functional teams to ensure program success.
