Job description Roles and Responsibilities :

- Manage CASA (Current Account Savings Account) portfolio by identifying new business opportunities, cross-selling products, and maintaining relationships with existing customers.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly targets for saving accounts, retail liabilities, and other banking products.
- Provide exceptional customer service by resolving queries related to current accounts, savings accounts, and other banking services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of branch operations.

Job Requirements :

- 1-10 years of experience in branch banking or similar role as a Relationship Officer or Sales Officer.
- Strong understanding of CASA products such as current accounts, saving accounts, and retail liabilities.
- Excellent relationship management skills with ability to build solid rapport with customers.
- Proficiency in using PAM (Portfolio Analysis Module) software.
