Your Role

As a Business Continuity Disaster Recovery (BCP/DR) Specialist at Capgemini, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery strategies to ensure organizational resilience and operational continuity during disruptive events.

- Develop, maintain, and continuously enhance Business Continuity Plans (BCP) and Disaster Recovery (DR) plans, ensuring critical business functions and systems can be restored effectively during disruptions.
- Conduct comprehensive risk assessments to identify potential threats, including cyberattacks, natural disasters, operational failures, and technology outages, and recommend appropriate mitigation strategies.
- Perform Business Impact Analysis (BIA) to evaluate operational, financial, regulatory, and reputational impacts of business interruptions and determine recovery priorities.
- Plan, coordinate, execute, and debrief disaster recovery exercises,



tabletop simulations, and continuity tests to validate preparedness, identify gaps, and improve recovery capabilities.
- Lead and coordinate recovery activities during incidents, maintain accurate BCP/DR documentation, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, and promote adoption of industry best practices and emerging resilience technologies.

Your Profile

- Strong experience in Business Continuity Management (BCM), Disaster Recovery (DR), Crisis Management, and Organizational Resilience programs.
- Proven expertise in conducting Risk Assessments, Business Impact Analysis (BIA), Recovery Strategy Development, and Continuity Planning.
- In-depth understanding of regulatory, compliance, governance, and information security requirements related to business continuity and disaster recovery.
- Experience in planning and facilitating DR drills, crisis simulations, recovery testing, and post-exercise reviews with measurable improvement initiatives.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across business and technology teams.
