Roles and Responsibilities :
- Generate leads through outbound calls, emails, and social media platforms to promote healthcare services.
- Conduct cold calling campaigns to reach potential clients and schedule appointments.
- Develop solid relationships with existing customers to increase repeat business and referrals.
- Meet daily/weekly targets set by the management while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements :
- 1-5 years of experience in B2C sales, telemarketing, or telesales.
- Strong knowledge of ayurveda, herbal, homeopathy, nutrition, nutraceuticals, wellness concepts.
- Excellent communication skills for effective telecalling and negotiation.
