Roles and Responsibilities :

- Lead cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement new manufacturing processes and equipment for electronic components.
- Collaborate with production engineers to optimize existing manufacturing operations, improve efficiency, and reduce costs.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to source high-quality machinery and materials for production needs.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies related to quality control, safety, and environmental sustainability.

Job Requirements :

- 20-27 years of experience in manufacturing engineering or a related field (e.g., process engineering).
- Strong understanding of methods engineering principles applied in electronics manufacturing.
- Proven track record in recent product development (NPD) projects from concept to launch.
- Experience working with various types of machining operations used in electronic component production.
