Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple development teams across the application lifecycle.
- Drive end-to-end delivery of enterprise applications, ensuring quality, scalability, and timely execution.
- Provide technical leadership in designing and developing solutions using Angular, Java, Node.js, MongoDB, SQL, and Apache Camel.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, product owners, and project managers to define technical roadmaps.
- Establish development standards, coding practices, and governance processes.
- Oversee application integration initiatives leveraging Apache Camel and REST-based services.
- Manage resource planning, effort estimation, project tracking, and risk management.




- Ensure application performance, security, reliability, and maintainability.
- Drive Agile delivery practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Mentor and develop technical leads and engineering teams.
- Handle production escalations and ensure timely issue resolution.
