Experience Required: Minimum 1 year in UK Travel Sales

Roles and Responsibilities

- Handle customer inquiries via phone calls, emails, and chats to provide travel solutions.

- Utilize GDS systems (Galileo/Amadeus) to book flights, hotels, car rentals, and other travel arrangements.

- Create personalized holiday packages for customers based on their preferences and budget.

- Provide exceptional customer service by resolving issues promptly and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to improve sales performance.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 1-6 years of experience in B2C travel sales or related field.

- Proficiency in using GDS systems such as Galileo/Amadeus.

- Strong knowledge of travel process including flight schedules, airfare rules, and ticketing procedures.

- Excellent verbal & written communication skills with ability to handle multiple conversations simultaneously.
