Job Description

A Salesforce Experience Cloud Consultant designs, configures, and deploys digital portals, customer help centers, and partner communities using the Salesforce Experience Cloud platform.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead Discovery: Meet with business leaders to gather requirements and define project goals.
- Design Solutions: Create site blueprints, security models, and user workflows for external users.
- Configure Platform: Build branded sites using templates, custom domains, sharing rules, and declarative tools (Flows, Lightning components).
- Manage Integrations: Connect the portal to backend CRM data, Content Management Systems (CMS), or external APIs.
- Test and Train:



Run user acceptance tests and train internal teams or end users on portal adoption.

Qualifications and Skills

- Platform Knowledge: Deep understanding of Experience Cloud settings, sharing rules, audiences, and branding.
- Core Experience: 2 to 5 years of general Salesforce consulting or administration experience.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with Lightning Web Components (LWC), basic HTML/CSS, sharing security, and data modeling.
- Certifications: Salesforce Certified Administrator and Salesforce Certified Experience Cloud Consultant.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication to act as a bridge between non-technical stakeholders and technical developers.
