1. As an Oracle Fusion HCM Technical Administrator, you will:

- Provide day-to-day technical administration and L2/L3 operational support for Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM .
- Manage and support Development, Test, UAT, Production, and other HCM environments.
- Administer HCM security , including users, roles, privileges, security profiles, and data access.
- Support HDL/HSDL data loads and troubleshoot data-loading issues.
- Monitor and support HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, OTBI, integrations, and scheduled processes/ESS jobs .
- Monitor and troubleshoot inbound and outbound integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and OIC where applicable.
- Support environment refreshes, technical validation, and configuration activities.
- Coordinate Oracle Fusion HCM quarterly updates , regression testing, production readiness, and post-update validation.
- Troubleshoot production incidents, perform root-cause analysis, and manage Oracle Support Service Requests.
- Implement proactive monitoring, automation,



and operational improvements to enhance platform stability.
- Maintain technical documentation, runbooks, support procedures, release checklists, and knowledge articles.
- Collaborate with HCM functional, integration, security, reporting, IAM, and business teams.

2. What You Bring to the Table:

- 5+ years of professional experience with strong hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM technical administration and support .
- Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion HCM architecture and technical components .
- Hands-on experience with Fusion HCM Security, HDL, HSDL, HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, and OTBI .
- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, web services, integrations, and scheduled processes/ESS jobs .
- Experience supporting inbound and outbound HCM integrations .
- Experience with Oracle Fusion HCM quarterly release/update cycles .
- Strong production support, incident management, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis experience.
- Good understanding of ITIL-based incident, problem, change, and release management .
- Robust technical documentation and stakeholder communication skills.

Good to Have:

- Oracle Integration Cloud ( OIC ) and OCI exposure.
- SSO, IAM, federation, and identity provisioning experience.
- Experience integrating HCM with Payroll, Benefits, Time & Labor, Active Directory/IAM , and other enterprise systems.
- Scripting and automation using Python, Shell,



REST APIs , or similar technologies.
- Oracle Fusion HCM certification.
- Experience supporting large-scale or global HCM environments.

3. You Should Possess the Ability to:

- Troubleshoot complex Fusion HCM technical, security, integration, reporting, and data issues.
- Monitor and resolve failures across integrations, extracts, scheduled jobs, and batch processes.
- Manage critical production incidents and drive issues through to resolution.
- Perform root-cause analysis and implement preventive solutions.
- Coordinate effectively with functional, technical, security, integration, and business teams.
- Support quarterly Fusion HCM updates with structured testing and release management.
- Identify opportunities for automation, monitoring, and operational improvements.
- Work effectively under time-sensitive and high-pressure production situations.
- Maintain accurate technical documentation and operational procedures.
- Communicate technical issues and solutions clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
