About the job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Make daily sales calls to engage leads, understand customer requirements, and close accommodation bookings.
2. Manage property listings and coordinate site visits between customers and property managers.
3. Present Gharpayy's value proposition to tenants and PG owners.
4. Convert leads into customers through consistent follow-ups and relationship building.
5. Identify and onboard new properties to expand Gharpayy's inventory.
6. Collaborate with the marketing and growth teams to improve campaigns and maximize lead conversions.
7. Maintain accurate CRM records, including leads, closures, and customer feedback.
