Are you passionate about driving sales and growing digital marketing strategies? GharPayy is seeking a talented and driven business development associate to join our team. As a business development associate, you will be an integral part of our sales and marketing team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Developing and executing sales strategies to increase the customer base.
2. Engaging with customers to build relationships and identify needs.
3. Monitoring market trends and customer feedback.
4. Enhancing our brand presence in the market.
5. Generating leads and converting them into deals.
6. Establishing and maintaining good rapport with clients.
7. Analyzing sales performance and updating reports to upper management.

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 3 months

Salary during probation: ₹15,000 /month (only for freshers)

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 3,30,000 - 3,50,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed pay: ₹ 3,00,000 /year

2. Variable pay: ₹ 30,000 - 50,000 /year
