We are looking for an experienced Senior. Manager Procurement with 1015 years of experience, including a minimum of 3 years in a strategic sourcing role. The candidate will be responsible for leading the overall sourcing and procurement strategy, with special emphasis on Wheat and spices.

The role requires strong strategic thinking, vendor development capabilities, cost optimisation expertise, and knowledge of food industry procurement practices.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement long-term procurement strategies aligned with business growth plans.
- Build annual sourcing roadmaps and cost-reduction initiatives.
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable suppliers.
- Drive supplier performance management through periodic vendor audits and risk assessments.
- Lead commercial negotiations to achieve cost savings and value engineering.
- Monitor commodity price trends and mitigate price volatility risks.
- Ensure all raw materials meet food safety and regulatory standards including FSSAI, ISO and HACCP.
- Maintain budgets and optimize procurement expenses.
- Prepare, monitor, and maintain comprehensive CapEx and OpEx budgets for all departments, ensuring alignment with organizational policies and financial goals.




- Collaborate with QA/QC teams to ensure supplier quality compliance.
- Establish traceability systems for critical ingredients.
- Optimize inventory levels while minimizing stockouts and overstock.
- Develop procurement dashboards and KPI tracking systems.
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing procurement team.
- Visit vendors, warehouses, and agricultural markets as required.
- Maintain regular interaction with vendors, suppliers, and cross-functional teams.
