Job Summary

Role involves identifying potential customers for gold loans, generating leads, educating customers about gold loan products, guiding customers on document submission and KYC as per RBI norms, planning and monitoring branch and field level marketing activities to maintain a healthy pipeline, and increasing gold loan business along with other third-party products.

Responsibilities

- Identify potential customers requiring gold loan.
- Generate leads via cold calling, referrals, local market visits and conducting sales activities in societies, apartments, clubs, and other places of interest to improve branch visibility.
- Educate customers about gold loan, products, interest rates and advantages.
- Guide customers on submitting the required set of documents and KYC as per RBI norms.
- Plan,



conduct & monitor the branch & field level marketing activities to ensure healthy pipeline of leads resulting in business conversion & branch growth.
- Responsible for keeping NPAs in control through strong follow ups from the customers for interest collections.
- Increase gold loan business plus various other third-party products.

Qualifications

- 3+ years of Product / Sales experience in Gold loan or other Asset products
