- Prime Responsible for Instrument cluster Embedded development for TFT and LCD technology for Automobile applications.
- Respnsible for interface drawing and schematic drawing. Prime responsible for IC, LED , finalization.
- BOM, Part drawing & Process drawing preparation compliance to Design for Manufacturing & Assembly.
- Working with suppliers and choose the right part for different sensor application. and other child parts and ensuring within target cost.
- Expert in protocols like CAN , LIN , I2C, SPI interfacing.
- Create the Benchmarking document for requested product.
- Responsible to provide input data and co-ordinate with Software team,external agency for design freeze and establishment.
- Visit to customer, supplier, external lab for design freeze and joint validation.
- Responsible to review the customer input & prepare review documents for Current design & Design change.
- Responsible to review the past failure and pros and cons of existing product to address in concept design.
- VAVE , Obsolesence and alternate part valuation,status monitoring,validation support and launch.
- Defining product testing and validation plans based on requirement of the product both on the test rig and the vehicle.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best products in automotive.
- Perform 8D or other Root Cause Corrective Action analysis as required by the APQP / PPAP process.




- Ensure availability of proto parts with test reports for the customer and internal activities as per project milestones.
