Role & responsibilities

- Operational Management: Oversee order fulfillment, including inbound/outbound sorting, scanning, bagging, and loading. Ensure timely dispatches and adherence to Turnaround Time (TAT).
- Team Supervision: Lead, train, and manage delivery executives, loaders, and warehouse associates. Handle shift allocations, attendance tracking, and roster management.
- Performance Monitoring: Track KPIs such as delivery success rate, order accuracy, and productivity. Prepare daily operational reports and MIS updates.
- Issue Resolution: Handle on-ground escalations, address high-aging shipments, and investigate the root cause of shipment damages or delays.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), safety guidelines, and company policies.





Preferred candidate profile

- Experience: Typically requires a minimum of 1-3 years in logistics, supply chain, or delivery operations.
- Skills: Robust team-handling capabilities, problem-solving skills, and basic proficiency in using logistics or warehouse software for reporting.
- Education: A bachelor's degree is usually required, with a preference for degrees in Supply Chain Management or Logistics.
