Job Summary

We are looking for an Inside Sales Executive to manage customers and installers through phone, WhatsApp, and email, drive sales, and build strong installer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage assigned customer and installer base through phone, WhatsApp & email.
- Achieve monthly revenue and CP targets.
- Handle inquiries and convert leads into sales.
- Cross-sell and upsell products across categories.
- Expand and onboard new installers.
- Build robust installer relationships and improve Believer Score.
- Achieve category sales targets for Panels, Inverters & BOS.
- Maintain GP% as per company benchmark.
- Ensure 100% inquiries are responded to within 2 hours.
- Achieve 80%+ performance in Sitara parameters.
