Roles and Responsibility

- Manage and oversee the packing process to ensure efficient and high-quality output.
- Develop and implement recent packaging designs and technologies to improve product quality and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless production and meet customer requirements.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
- Analyze data and reports to identify areas for improvement and optimize processes.
- Train and guide junior staff members on packing procedures and best practices.

Job Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Packaging Science or a related field.
- Proven experience in packaging operations, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong knowledge of packaging materials, equipment, and regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with teams.
